Day 10 at School
(i) CA Class
A long day at school with the make up lectures and tutorials from yesterday.
Exciting CA tutorial with the forever drama queen-- Goh E Lin. (Adel claims she's a jungle woman?) Gosh. Attending her class can be traumatising, and maybe a trail of unhappy memories to linger on our innocent minds forever, or maybe if we do act abnormally, she could be the cause of it all.
Well, apart from her runway-elephant walk, her powerful Pantene hair swing, her singapore zoological-happy-seal claps, and her fabulous fashion sense, she certainly WILL make a good lecturer.
I mean it.
Ya, she tends to be a little.. weird(?). But that is how some people are. Wasn't Einstein as weird and funny looking? Yet he made such amazing contributions.
From the bottom of my heart, I feel that she is a very dedicated teacher, and she clearly knows what she is talking about and makes really interesting and explicit explanations. Not only that, she will try to link her industry experiences to our books and suddenly, some words seem to float and become so intriguing that I want to get to the bottom of it. I think that was what she meant it to be.
Initially I found her irritating, and in fact till now. It seems to have subsided a little, and I find her class amusing instead. Maybe Life's really become so pathetic for me that I find every little thing amusing.
Yeah. Deep inside I know she is a good teacher. But she being a dedicated and nice teacher has nothing to do with me paying attention in class. ;) It is just not in my blood to listen during lectures and tutorials. So there I was, munching on my stick of fishballs (my lunch), and happily waiting for the clock to strike 2 :)
That's life.

Happy birthday to Da-Ling! hehe. I bet she thought we'd forgotten about her big day.
and yes, we really did until meimei reminded us. ooops.
