After the jOg with Rou, we went to the 7-11 opposite to get a drink. Then we headed for the playground to 'take a swing'. hehe.
Just below the swing lay a wallet(purse) with some cards strewn onto the ground near it. Seems like the owner is not some normal person, or could it be that she simply loves collecting namecards as a hobby. haa. so there was a ABN Amro Mastercard, Citibank silver platinum SMRT card and namecards from many places: Embassy of Japan, Spa, Prudential & some other businesses. I could have said, FINDERS KEEPERS as an excuse. oww. so sad. A wallet with no cash, just cards. There was a foreign currency however, a one dollar RMB in a sorry state. haa. (eh dont want la.. teacher say must be honest. ...)

so off we headed to the nearby police post, to find the shutters down, closed on us. We couldnt possibly dial '999' to tell them open up and let us in, so we dragged the already exhausted us to Hougang NPC to report the lost and found. (*take note: NPC nvr closes on anyone:) bOo. it was like 500 miles away! okie.. just some 8 or 9 bus stops away.
then we arrived and waited for like 1 hour for the procedures before the whole report of loss was completed. It wasn't very exciting, but it was our first time doing something like that. a good deed? ha. who knows maybe the owner just wanted a change of her wallet and had her accounts cancelled with citibank, ABNAMRO, and that all those we found were just rubbish. hmm, maybe. then i hope she got fined for littering.
haa. Something intriguing about this, the items in her wallet, makes me ponder what kind of person is she. As in most importantly, what is her occupation. Don't mistake me, i'm not a stalker or anything, but I came home to read the report and found that there was also a receipt from "those kinda" hotels. Namecard of a spa, a chinese RMB note, a receipt from cheapo hotel. I cant help but associate her to those kind of profession, you know? Could her ability to own those cards come from her income? and could her income be generated from high ranking or professionals printed on those namecards?
uggh. the thing I detest most is.. okie i shan't make any remarks on the www., dont want to take the risk. In 2 words, it is Family Breakers. I dont have any prejudice against third parties honestly. However this thought only applies when third parties become breakers out of Love. I simply detest it if they are doing it as a profession. Because, I see it as a betrayal. Betrayal to "its" partner, and betrayal to "it" self. It is plainly known as greed, no arguments.
I may be thinking too much, but the first thing I did when the thought came to my mind is to shower. With loadsa Dettol; it kills 99.9% of germs (i'll just kill the 0.1% with a MILD antibacterial wash.)
It may have caused some disturbances to my mood. but i'm happy i did it. (i guess?)
