new Septiembre 2008
As a newbie to the blogging industry, blogger is seemingly a much easier way out and it gives the novelty everytime I tried on new skins (but was too fickle-minded that I couldnt decide which one to put on and remained with this blogskin ever since). After nearly 6 months, I am kind of numb to the novelty and not too used to being so easily read like an open book, I decided to switch back to wordypressy, the first blog i created. It also supports m-blogging (mobile) and I feel that wordpress is more organised in everyways. Less pop ups too. Wordpress also has this feature to import ur blogposts from ur old blog account. how cool is tt. so...

--->End of ALL ORDEALS.. the sufferings, the misery.. yet MORE TO COME
hehe. It's FA day! We had our presentation today..
and that speaks the end of ALL our projects for the semester.
woohoo!~
We wore smart casual for presentation :)Being the only group doing Robinson in class, we got picked as the second grp to present. I would have much preferred the first.. so that we could get over it soon. heh. But it's all the same actually... NO IT IS NOT. Ms TOH never stopped frowning at us! okay, probably it was me.. and NO, the other 3 of them confirmed that she was frowning at us throughout our presentation!
!@# That frown, that restlessness just added on more fear to us. Oh my.. just what could be wrong? In fact, i think it must have been something gotta do with our report. I think I smell a fail in FA, besides I didn't do well for FA mid sem at all.
But it's ok. As there is often a saying that says, Forget about yesterday; it'll be a better day tomorrow. And in case you find it weird, it is actually MY saying. So surfaced and simple that it cannot be from any great philosopher's but ME. heh.
The presentations ended late (some really took like 40 mins). We still took class photos after that. With that weary looks in our faces...

TOpTaBLE!
We made a dash to the TOPTABLE after our class as we made a booking at 1130am!
TopTable is a training ground for our HTM, LRM and Culinary management courses students. It is a real life fine dining restaurant environment, and it serves high quality cuisines of course!
That day, the 4 of us had Italian dishes, and Teng had Jap cuisine.
So the first course was Minestrone soup (adel taught me.. MINI-stronee). Nice. heh.
The lecturers were very strict and particular of how the students perform. One of them, to the extreme. He brought such fear that when he was beside us, we as the customers daren't move. He was THAT serious. No lies.
So it looks like there is good prospect for the Singapore service sector in a few years. (with more of such extreme lecturers.)

Happy Birthday to ME!
East Coast Park with my bunch of lovable Monkey-Buds =)
To my Monkey-Buds: I lOve you guys, but more of thE food especially. hee. THANK YOU!
I had a splendid day today. Nothing too heavy, not too crazy, a light-hearted and like a happy get-together day.
So we went to East Coast Park for a picnic dinner. how romantic.
it has been raining, wet for the past week.. But the clouds up there certainly knows a better time to appear, so we were blessed with good weather today!
This behind the scene of a splendid picnic-party involved more than the 3 monkeys. Even Mama Rou and Ah Ma's ah Ma participated. heh. Thank you aunties!
As usual, we had lots of laughs together. From Orchard (Orchid) hotel, Rosie (Roxy) Square to murderer (?) her... Ah Rou made a big boo-boo of herself... Again.

School buddies
IT's MY LIFE!
Hi Life,
I'm finally back in control!
It's been a long time, I hope you're still there? (knock knock*)
I hope you havent forgot about ME.
Well. Past few weeks have been a struggle. And this week was hectic, crazy!
I had like 20 hours of sleep over these 5 days, never arrived on my bed unless it's 4am.
But anyways.. We actually got the guts to rush out Financial Analysis in less than a week.
How gutsy!
nothing to be excited about.. bcos all shall only be completed until the presentation is over.
So.. gotta rack my empty skull on how to tackle the presentation on a nearing TUES!
oh time really disappears faster than anything.
Today, on the 25th July, eve of my birthday, I got another surprise of my life.
The week had been absolutely crazy for everyone, yet they stil had time to do the CHENG's THEME PARK card for me... I am telling you... I was shocked, stunned, touched and happy and many other weird feelings. haha.
from the bottom of my heart, I am sincerely grateful to my battle-mates, my soldiers, my friends.
Adel, Amel, Monster-lyDia, Da Bao, Da Ling, Hilyah, Mei Mei, Lao Po, Lao Da, Lao Su, Lao Teng and Lao SUN! plus dear AIRPORK!
How shall I reciprocate? how how how? okie.. i promise promise promise.. to tell more stories during lectures. heh! Lady & the Tramp.
probably because of the sudden excitement (the word which had become so unfamiliar to me for a long time), my brain just couldnt switch to the right mode. I was speechless and didnt really respond the right way.
So Lao Su suggested we go Aston's for dinner... Adel recommended potatos, fish, steak and practically everything on the menu. haha. So we had fish! except for adel.. she had a whole chicken.. with feathers on. hee. Amelia aka Aunty Chua paid for my fish! muacks to amelia! Lydia and meimei paid for my lemon tea. slurrrps then muacks x)
I just received a call from J. Oh man, guess my phone bill gonna shoot up... DUH.
It's going 2am now, and I have got nothing to do--I'm blogging!
Actually, I am suffering the aftermath of the buzz we had over the past weeks. Drained, exhausted I may be, I cannot seem to rest in peace now. I think alot of us are feeling this.. if not I wont be talking to lydia, meihsing, sun now. But I know tomorrow will definitely be a better day. After a night's sleep, Life will come talking to me again.
